About Me

I've been teaching Martial Arts and Combat Sports for more than twenty years, and I grew with competitive sport as a central part of my life.

The combination of training and teaching so many people for so long, together with my natural drive for learning and improving myself—constantly and consistently—led me to help some of my students in different areas of their life.

So, in addition to offer my guidance in the journey for Self-Defense, Martial Arts and Combat Sports, I was brought to widen it with a framework that I developed, I maintain and I use for myself.

I got no formal paper stating any kind of academic competence in self-development or the likes of it. I believe in every person’s ability to appreciate and to value what I have to offer to them. Yeah, as simple as that.

I speak English, French and Italian.

The Approach

No false promises. No bullshit. Just a simple, honest and effective approach.

There is no magic formula to be always a better version of yourself, only the discipline of doing what's necessary, knowing that we gain it, we maintain it, we sometimes loose it, and than we go and gain it again.

We're all different and we all have specific needs at different times in our life. Creating balance in different areas, help us to substain the other areas of our being.

The flexibility to adapt to a framework, but also the flexibility to adapt the framework to you, is key. As it is to know when to do one, and when to do the other.

The Framework

We are our body. But also our mind, and probably something else, too. Our lives are shaped by different aspects of ourselves.

The framework I constantly work on—optimizing it and making it evolve—it's based on covering those aspects. It's structured through 5 main modules that are interconnected, which can be used independently or in combination.

That means that you can choose to focus on getting in a better phisical shape, on developing a stronger mental attitude, on learning how to manage your inner-self, or on organizing your life in order to make your projects become real.
