About Me

I've been teaching Martial Arts and Combat Sports for more than twenty years. I grew up with competitive sport as a central part of my life, and in the past I worked as a graphic & web designer.

My natural tendency for growing as an individual, combined with the experience of teaching to many different people, led me to extend the sharing of my knowledge to areas of our life other than just Martial Arts and Combat Sports.

Therefore, in addition to guide people in the journey of those particular disciplines, I've put together a program that would guide them also in other aspects of their personal journey.

And it keeps evolving, as all good things should.

I speak English, French and Italian.

The best efforts, are those having fun.

The Approach

No false promises. No bullshit. Just a simple, honest and effective approach.

There is no magic formula to be always a better version of yourself, only the discipline of doing what's necessary, knowing that we gain it, we maintain it, we sometimes loose it, and than we go and gain it again.

We're all different and we all have specific needs at different times in our life. Working on some aspects of ourselves often helps us balance other aspects.

The flexibility to adapt to a way, but also the flexibility to adapt the way to you, is essential. As it is to know when to do one, and when to do the other.

The Modules

We are our body, but also our mind. And surely something else, too.

The program is structured around 5 main modules which are interconnected and can be addressed independently or in combination.
